As you are aware, we experienced some down time mid-October due to an upgrade of the affiliate system. This upgrade caused issues with not all leads being tracked during a 3 day period. We have done the analysis of these days and based on performance of the whole month we will be applying a 2.5% adjustment to your total earnings for the month of October. You will see this reflected in your October payment at the end of November.
