Finally, i got paid from Says.my. This is latest payment from Says and my last month payment. I already request it after i reach minimum payout. Minimum payout for Says is RM50 only. You no need to reach higher if you already reach that amount. I always request payout immediately after i reach payout from any program including Says.my.

Yap, its small money and some people said it was easy money. But its hard and i work like crazy to get this payment. I know some blogger earn well from Says. More of them earn big than me. If i combine when i got paid from Says.my and Youthsays, i already get paid three times from this program. I’m glad i’m able to make money with this program and im going to get my 4th payment soon after Says paying me and transfer to my bank account. Hope not have any problem with that.

Emm, i guess this is another story you must read. You know Khailee, right? Ok. Let’s read this interesting story. Khailee write it because of Says 3rd Anniversary and there are giving us chance to win many birthday giveaway. Huhu..

Hiya, glad you’re interested in the story behind this birthday giveaway.

Let me give you my personal account of what happened, and why we’re doing this.

Let me start from the beginning.

March 2008
I was then working at an American internet company. Being a Malaysian, I knew that the exciting things happening on the web (the popular term at the time was “Web2.0? hehe) would eventually reach Malaysia, and Asia. I always wondered “Why can’t people in Asia build the next Google or Facebook”? I sometimes dreamed that I could give it a try, but wasn’t sure if I could do it alone.

Eventually I met the right team of people. Young and fearless. Malaysians but with a global perspective. And decided to join them. Without knowing what ideas would work, we launched our first idea, to test it out. It was called YouthSays.com.

April 2008
I called a friend to help me code and design the site, and YouthSays.com was born!

It started “opinion community” – where people asked questions, answered questions, and even got paid money to do so. And we made money by helping companies understand young Malaysians better though surveys.

We saw potential and worked hard to grow our community and clients, and match their needs.

July 2008 – February 2010
And our online community grew.

We invited the YouthSays community down to festivals and conferences with our parent company, Youth Asia, and launched new site designs and features to meet the requests of our growing community.

However, it was clear that the full potential of the web goes beyond gathering thousands of people for surveys. There were more ideas waiting to enter reality.

March 2010
We knew the online community was very active in sharing cool links, videos, articles and other good stuff with their friends. We thought, if advertisers had ‘good stuff’, we could let our community choose which is relevant to their friends, and to share it. On top of that, let them get paid for it, too!

We launched more than 120 social media advertising campaigns for over 40 clients that year. It was a huge success for both the community as well as for advertisers. And the community grew some more, reaching almost 280,000 Malaysians by the end of the year.

December 2010
I spent Christmas with my mom and dad. But that is not relevant to this story.

January 2011
We rebranded YouthSays to SAYS.my – to better reflect the community of users we had, and the direction we were headed.

April 2011
Here we are. 3 years since the very first web application. We’re *almost* at 300,000 users as I write this. We’ve got users across schools, campuses, and professions, and in every state in Malaysia. And knowing that all this member growth was fuelled by friend-tell-friend, we’de never be here without each and every one of you. So instead of throwing a party to celebrate ourselves – we want to celebrate you for growing all of this.

We’ve saved up some money to buy all kinds of gifts. I hope you find something you like, and will win it. I also hope this contest helps us further grow the community, too.

We’re gonna party like it’s your birthday!

You know about Says.my? I’ve already try to join Says program and i do my best to come up with many promotion method. Finally, it move exactly like i want.
